ABOUT VISION LEADERSHIP COLLEGE
Vision Leadership College is a rigorous and intense college experience that places specific requirements and demands on the students enrolled. The objective of Vision Leadership College is to prepare full-time graduates to enter full-time ministry. The technical standards set forth by Vision Leadership College are to establish and identify the essential qualities considered necessary for students admitted to the college, to achieve the knowledge, skills, and competencies of an individual moving into a full-time ministry position.
Each week students will experience a variety of teaching classes that will allow each individual to exercise their faith, and gain hands on ministry experience. A fitness class will be introduced for the first time to Vision Leadership College, and a healthy eating standard will encourage positive brain health and activate students to live full healthy lives. Through freedom classes students will have an opportunity to become financially free and taught how to budget & save well.
Each student will have a weekly touch point with their college supervisor to discuss their spiritual and mental health as well as an opportunity for pastoral care and mentoring. Across the year students will get an opportunity to learn from our senior pastors, Ps Dale & Rachel Meacheam, through one on one mentoring time.Vision Leadership Programs are designed to provide the exposure, experience and education necessary to build a foundation for your calling.
